Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad

Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days per week from office)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Developer with deep expertise in Agentforce to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, develop and customize AI-powered applications, and integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems.

As a senior member of the team, you will mentor junior developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and apply best practices to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and support Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Metadata API.

Configure and customize Salesforce applications to align with business requirements.

Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and custom Salesforce apps.

Configure, customize, and optimize AI Agents using Agentforce.

Develop scalable API and web service integrations on Salesforce.

Implement bulk data migration strategies and deployment pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, Change Sets, etc.

Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, and Project Managers to deliver client-focused solutions.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership within the team.

Stay updated on Salesforce capabilities and conduct gap analysis for business solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

5+ years of experience in consulting or application development.

4+ years of Salesforce design and development experience.

Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, LWC, and APIs.

Proven experience in developing and deploying autonomous AI agents within Salesforce using Agentforce.

Skilled in integrating Agentforce with Apex, LWC, and external APIs.

Hands-on experience with tools like Eclipse, VS Code, Workbench, and Data Loader.

Experience with Salesforce integrations and multi-environment deployments.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Certifications (Required/Preferred):

✅ Salesforce Platform Developer I & II (Mandatory)

✅ Agentforce Specialist Certification (Mandatory)

✅ Sales/Service Cloud Certification (Preferred)
