Position: Full Time

Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using Selenium WebDriver and relevant test frameworks.

Work closely with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand functional and technical requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.

Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing of custom Salesforce components, APIs, and user interfaces.
-
Develop test plans, test cases, and test data in alignment with Agile/Scrum development cycles.

Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring QA is tightly integrated into the development process.

Implement and manage test automation pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD integrations.

Log, track, and verify software defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring complete transparency and accountability.

Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent functionality and performance.

Contribute to defining QA best practices and continuously improve testing effectiveness and coverage.

Support UAT testing cycles and contribute to internal documentation and training materials.

3–5 years of hands-on Automation QA experience, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce platform testing (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, etc.).

Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver (Java or JavaScript preferred) and test automation frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and platform limitations.

Experience in testing Salesforce Flows, Apex triggers/classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).

Knowledge of SOQL and Workbench for data validation and testing.

Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket/GitHub.

Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, BlazeMeter) is a plus.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Salesforce & QA certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform App Builder, ISTQB) are a plus.

Has experience working on Salesforce-based automation testing projects at a systems integrator or product company.

Demonstrates a passion for quality, automation-first mindset, and continuous improvement.

Comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams and adapting to a fast-paced agile environment.

Has strong documentation skills and contributes to internal QA accelerators and reusable frameworks.
