Role Purpose

The Salesforce QA Tester ensures the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and validation. This role is responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with developers and the wider team to deliver high-quality releases. The QA Tester plays a critical role in safeguarding system integrity and user experience. 

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality and configuration.

• Experience in manual and automated testing methodologies.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps including use of Test Plans

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Knowledge of the Salesforce data model and security principles
