Job Description

As an experienced QA professional with over 5 years in Salesforce, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of various Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating effectively with developers and business analysts by utilizing strong communication skills - Ensuring alignment of Salesforce solution design and user stories with business needs - Working in Agile environments using tools like Jira - Managing deliverables within the team and with third-party partners - Independently handling test design, execution, and defect resolution - Maintaining a Regression Test Suite to uphold functionality across key capabilities - Utilizing QA automation tools like Leapwork and Playwright to maintain and enhance automation suites While Salesforce Admin certification is preferred, it is not mandatory. Your expertise in QA automation and experience in Agile environments will be crucial for the successful execution of your responsibilities.,
