Role Overview

Salesforce QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Perform

  end-to-end manual testing

  of Salesforce applications (functional, regression, smoke, and UAT).
• Analyze business and technical requirements to create

  test scenarios, test cases, and test data

  .
• Ensure complete

  test coverage

  across Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Execute test cases, log defects, perform defect triage, retesting, and closure.
• Validate

  Salesforce configurations

  , custom objects, workflows, Flows, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate closely with developers, BAs, and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
• Participate in

  Agile ceremonies

  (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Support

  UAT cycles

  and provide testing sign-off.
• Perform data validation and integration testing within Salesforce.
• Assist with regression testing during Salesforce releases.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years

  of hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications.
• Strong expertise in

  manual testing

  :
• Test case design & execution
• Test coverage analysis
• Defect identification, logging, and triage
• Solid understanding of

  Salesforce architecture

  , standard and custom features.
• Experience testing

  Salesforce integrations

  and data validations.
• Familiarity with

  Agile/Scrum

  methodologies.

Good-to-Have / Preferred Skills

• Automation testing experience using

  Java with Selenium

  Playwright

• Exposure to

  test automation frameworks

  CI/CD pipelines

• Knowledge of Salesforce release cycles and
