Mentored junior QA staff and actively consulted with development/product teams on risk assessment and best practices for testing Apex, Lightning Components, and APIs. Orchestrated the transition to a modern automation framework (e.g., Provar, Copado) for key Salesforce modules, achieving 40%+ regression coverage and faster time-to-market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end testing strategy for Salesforce enhancements and multi-cloud integrations.
Define and enforce QA standards, metrics (coverage, defect density), and reporting for continuous improvement. Consult with development and product teams on risk assessment and best practices for testing Apex, Lightning Components, and APIs. Drive adoption of modern automation frameworks (Provar, Copado), achieving high regression coverage and faster releases. Mentor junior QA engineers and foster collaboration in Agile/Scrum environments. Oversee defect lifecycle management, ensuring timely resolution and quality delivery.

Required Skills

Strong Salesforce domain knowledge (Sales, Service, Marketing, CPQ).
Expertise in test automation tools (Provar, Selenium, Copado). Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Components, API testing. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and QA metrics-driven processes. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
