Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct gap analysis to identify process improvements and implement changes using Agile methodologies. Develop use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria for insurance products. Ensure effective communication among team members through regular meetings and status updates. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, underwriting, and claims departments. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry. Strong understanding of insurance products and processes (life cycle). Excellent analytical skills with ability to analyze complex data sets. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) with knowledge of SQL database management systems.
