Job Description

Title: Salesforce QA

Location: Remote with two days a month at offices (Del, Blore, Pune, Chennai)

Time: 12 pm to 9 pm

Duration: 6 months + Extendable


JD

  1. Salesforce QA
  2. Ability to generate test cases by referring to the functional requirements and/or user stories
  3. Strict adherence to traceability
  4. Ability to iterate over test cases to refine them as execution progresses
  5. Performing / assisting in RCA to the extent possible
  6. Owner test execution & reporting for in-sprint testing as well SIT & UAT
  7. Leading triage meetings for SIT & UAT
  8. Good understanding of Admin activities
  9. Role, Profile & Permission Sets
  10. Security
  11. Good understanding of Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
  12. Lead Nurturing
  13. Case Management
  14. Slack integration with ability to perform lead nurturing & case management
  15. SMS & WhatsApp integration
  16. Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud is highly desirable
  17. Understanding of data model to support individual, household, HUF types of accounts
  18. Understanding of different types of transactions
  19. Customer 360 view
  20. Familiarity with backend core systems for wealth management in India is highly desirable
  21. KYC, Address & CAS verification
  22. AML & Credit Rating check
  23. E-Signature using Leegality or equivalent system
  24. Wealth Spectrum, Trackwizz, BSE StAR, 1SilverBullet etc.
