Requirements:
o 10+ years of experience leading manual testing efforts, developing test plans, and managing defect lifecycle to ensure high-quality software delivery.
o Experience in Salesforce Automation testing.
o Create, review, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on functional and business requirements.
o Strong knowledge of QA testing methodologies that cover all aspects of software testing, including functional testing, UI/UX testing and usability testing
o Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure thorough understanding of requirements.
o 5+ years of experience in manual testing, test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
o Experience in Salesforce QA testing
o Proficient in using tools like JIRA for test management, defect tracking
