The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of experience in managing software projects, with a particular emphasis on Salesforce Administration. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead cross functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of software solutions that meet business objectives. Responsibilities: Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget management. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns. Ensure adherence to best practices in project management methodologies and software development processes. Oversee the Salesforce Administration tasks, ensuring optimal configuration and user support. Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a collaborative and high performance work environment. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience in project management within the software development domain. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Administration, including configuration, customization, and user management. Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a focus on delivering results. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud based software solutions and integration. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent. Experience in leading teams in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in project management, specifically in software development. Proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder management. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and best practices.
