Salesforce Order Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Order Management (SOM) Specialist with 7+ years of expertise in technical design and end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Order Management solutions, related objects, and workflows.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce SOM, integrations, orchestration flows, and data models. You will work closely with architects, developers, QA, and business teams to deliver scalable, secure, and optimized solutions for order lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build orchestration flows for order capture, fulfilment, cancellation, returns, and payment processing.
• Develop automation using Flow, Apex, and Composite APIs for order lifecycle management.
• Integrate SOM with ERP, WMS, Payment Gateways, SFCC, and middleware (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Create scalable data models ensuring data integrity across order transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver aligned business and technical solutions.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to developers; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot across orchestration flows and API integrations.
• Stay updated on Salesforce SOM feature releases and recommend adoption strategies.
• Implement custom logic for split shipments, fulfilment routing, order holds, backorders, returns, and refunds.
• Build robust automation with Flows, Apex Triggers, Batch/Queue jobs, Lightning Components, and Platform Events.
• Drive system monitoring, observability, and proactive alerting for key services.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce SOM and Data Models.
• Proficiency in Composite API, Named Credentials, secure API integration.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations to ERP, payment, and logistics systems.
• Expertise in OAuth2, JWT, authentication flows.
• Familiarity with Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud B2C/B2B, Sales Cloud.
• Strong experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of PCI Compliance, SCA, and Fraud Management.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, and other middleware tools (preferred).
• Certifications preferred: Salesforce Order Management Accredited Professional, PD1/PD2, Integration Architecture Designer.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Aura, Flow Builder, Process Builder, Orchestration Flow Designer, CDC.

Pay: ₹12,753.23 - ₹41,465.98 per month
