The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the airline industry , with a strong background in Passenger Service Systems (PSS) and commercial IT solutions. This role involves driving business analysis activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality solution delivery for airline projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead business analysis activities including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution validation. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation (functional specifications, user stories, test reports). Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, QA, operations, and external vendors. Drive QA and testing efforts: test planning, execution, UAT, end-to-end testing, and defect management. Work with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence . Perform SQL queries and data validation to support analysis and testing. Identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure business needs are translated into IT solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Analysis and QA. Proven airline industry expertise with in-depth knowledge of Passenger Service Systems (PSS) . Experience in commercial airline domains such as reservations, inventory, fares, and revenue management (preferred). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies. Strong documentation and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in airline IT and commercial projects . Ability to work effectively with global teams and third-party vendors.
