We are looking for a

MarTech & Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Consultant

to develop and execute

data-driven marketing programs

that drive

customer acquisition and engagement

. In this role, you will lead

end-to-end marketing program execution

Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Pardot solutions

, and drive marketing innovation using

MarTech and AdTech platforms

.

Key Responsibilities:

Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Strategy & Execution


  • Develop and implement

    ABM programs

    to drive

    customer acquisition and engagement

    .

  • Design

    personalized marketing interventions

    tailored to specific accounts and market segments.

  • Leverage

    data-driven insights

    to refine ABM strategies and measure campaign effectiveness.

  • Marketing Program Execution & Optimization


  • Manage the

    full spectrum of marketing execution

    , from

    strategy definition to technical delivery

    .

  • Lead

    multi-stakeholder teams

    in designing, implementing, and optimizing

    multi-channel marketing campaigns

    .

  • Monitor trends and analyze data

    to refine marketing strategies and maximize ROI.

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) & Pardot Implementation


  • Hands-on experience in

    SFMC/Pardot

    for

    email automation, journey orchestration, and customer engagement

    .

  • Conduct

    requirement gathering and design workshops

    to align technology solutions with marketing objectives.

  • Develop and support

    MarTech & AdTech platform technologies

    to enhance marketing effectiveness.

  • Marketing Process Optimization & Business Case Development


  • Identify

    marketing process improvement opportunities

    and implement scalable solutions.

  • Build

    business cases

    for campaign strategies and new

    technology solutions

    .

  • Optimize marketing automation, lead nurturing, and audience segmentation strategies.

  • Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement


  • Manage

    multiple marketing initiatives

    , ensuring projects are delivered

    on time and within budget

    .

  • Collaborate with

    senior executives and cross-functional teams

    to align marketing efforts with business goals.

  • Work effectively in

    remote, virtual, and global environments

    while navigating matrixed organizations.
