Job Description: As District Sales Officer (DSO) for Dharwad District, you will play a key role in executing Flying Sparos FOCO (Franchisee Owned, Company Operated) model. You will be responsible for market expansion, distributor appointment, retail activation, and achieving a monthly target sales, with consistent month-on-month growth. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and District Franchisee to plan and execute sales strategies. Prepare and implement the District Marketing & Sales Plan , aligning with FOCO business goals. Appoint and manage distributors within district limits as per approved plan. Drive sales and promotion of Flying Sparo products across organized and unorganized retail outlets. Conduct product demonstrations and menstrual hygiene awareness sessions in schools, communities, and retail hubs. Achieve and exceed sales targets while expanding market coverage. Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers . Collect and report daily and weekly sales performance data , stock status, and competitor activities. Represent the brand in all district-level marketing and CSR initiatives . Travel extensively within the district to ensure visibility and accessibility of products. Requirements: Local candidate preferred (residing in or near Dharwad / Belagavi District). Prior experience in FMCG / Healthcare / Hygiene / Pharma sales preferred. Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license. Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English. Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage field operations. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
