Salesforce LWC Developer

About The Opportunity

• Design and implement scalable Lightning Web Components and reusable UI patterns for Salesforce Lightning Experience.
• Develop Apex controllers, triggers and asynchronous processes to support LWC features while adhering to governor limits and best practices.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and common middleware patterns.
• Manage source-driven development using Salesforce DX, maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployments, and perform deployments to sandboxes and production.
• Optimize SOQL queries and Apex logic for performance; write comprehensive unit tests and maintain required code coverage.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX, QA and other engineers; perform code reviews, troubleshooting and mentoring to drive engineering excellence.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on Salesforce development experience with production LWC deliverables.
• Proven expertise in Apex development and SOQL optimization.
• Strong JavaScript (ES6+) skills and experience building responsive HTML/CSS UIs.
• Practical experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) and source-driven development workflows.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Solid testing practices: unit tests, debug logs, and managing governor limits in production environments.
  

Preferred

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
• Experience with Aura Components and Lightning migration projects.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) is an advantage.
