**Availability:** Immediate Joiners Preferred

**Budget:** Up to 8 LPA

**Working Days:** Monday to Friday + 2nd & 4th Saturday Off

### **About the Role**

We are looking for a highly skilled **Salesforce LWC Developer** with hands-on experience in **Lightning Web Components (LWC)**, Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating business requirements into high-quality, scalable technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and customize **Lightning Web Components (LWC)**, **Apex classes**, **Triggers**, **Visualforce**, and **Lightning Aura Components**.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions aligned with business needs.

* Perform Salesforce configurations including workflows, validation rules, process builder, page layouts & reports.

* Integrate Salesforce with external systems using **REST/SOAP APIs**, **Web Services**, and Middleware tools.

* Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards & security guidelines.

* Conduct full lifecycle development including **unit testing**, bug fixing, deployment & documentation.

* Troubleshoot application performance and functionality issues.

### **Required Skills & Qualifications**

* **3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience**

* Strong expertise in **LWC, Aura Components, Apex, SOQL, SOSL**

* Solid understanding of **Salesforce Data Model**, **Security model**, and **Declarative features**

* Experience with **API integrations** and Salesforce deployment tools (Copado/Ant/VS Code/SFDX)

* Salesforce certification(s) is an added advantage
