Role & responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Work independently and contribute as an SME in Salesforce LWC.
Participate actively in team discussions and provide technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Salesforce applications.
Assist in documenting processes, workflows, and technical designs.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
Support integration of Salesforce with external systems/services.

Preferred candidate profile

4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in
Salesforce LWC
development (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of
Apex
,
Visualforce
,
HTML
,
CSS
,
JavaScript
.
Experience with Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities.
Good understanding of Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
Ability to work independently and handle project responsibilities end-to-end.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Must have completed
15 years of full-time education
.
Preferably candidates with experience in Agile environments.
