Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for

  Salesforce roles

  such as Developers, Administrators, Business Analysts, Consultants, Architects, QA, and Support roles
• Handle

  domestic (India) and international hiring

  (US, UK, Europe, APAC, etc.)
• Understand Salesforce skill requirements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Health Cloud, etc.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and internal databases
• Manage and coordinate with

  external vendors, staffing agencies, and consultants

• Share job requirements with vendors and ensure quality profiles within defined SLAs

• Evaluate vendor performance based on turnaround time, quality, and closure ratio

• Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate technical interviews

• Negotiate compensation, manage offers, documentation, and onboarding

• Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines, and MIS reports

• Ensure a positive candidate experience and adherence to hiring timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in

  IT recruitment

  , preferably Salesforce-focused
• Proven experience in

  domestic and international recruitment

• Hands-on experience in vendor management

  and third-party staffing coordination
• Strong understanding of Salesforce roles, certifications, and skill mapping
• Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills
• Experience using ATS, job portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with

  Salesforce partners or consulting organizations

• Knowledge of contract, C2H, and permanent hiring models

• Exposure to hiring across different time zones and compliance requirements
