Greetings from Cognizant,

we are hiring multiple DevOps Architect to work across PAN India locations.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Copado, Flosum, Salesforce DevOps and GIT with a preference for those with domain experience in Utilities. This role involves optimizing our development processes and ensuring seamless integration and deployment contributing to our companys success and societal impact.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain robust DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce DevOps solutions.
Utilize Copado to automate and enhance deployment workflows improving efficiency and reliability.
Manage and optimize version control systems using GIT to ensure code integrity and collaboration.
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance to ensure high availability and reliability of applications.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in DevOps and software development.
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues minimizing downtime and enhancing user experience.
Contribute to the improvement of system architecture and infrastructure aligning with business goals.
Document processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps to drive continuous improvement.
Support the adoption of new tools and technologies to enhance development and operational capabilities.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in Copado and Salesforce DevOps essential for optimizing deployment processes.
Experience in Flosum is preferred
Demonstrate proficiency in GIT for effective version control and collaboration.
Experience in the Utilities domain is a plus providing valuable industry insights.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges efficiently.
Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
Ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site work effectively.
