Job Description

Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Job Location: Coimbatore

Salesforce Development:

Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning components, Omni Scripts, FlexCards and other relevant technologies.
Collaborate with senior developers to ensure the scalability and maintainability of Salesforce applications.
Support developers with technical questions and unblock them when needed.
Perform regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
Participate in technical grooming and estimation
Customization and Configuration:
Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements through the creation of custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows.
Configure user profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

Integration

Participate in the integration of Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other applications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any related field.
End to End delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
Proficient in Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce configuration.
Experience in Omni Script & Flex cards is added advantage.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components is must.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.
Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
