Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesforce Developer role located in Kolkata. The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications to enhance business processes and meet organizational requirements. Responsibilities include creating customized Salesforce solutions, developing and debugging applications, integrating Salesforce with other systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, maintaining system functionality, and staying updated on Salesforce trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Experience with system integration tools, APIs, and Salesforce data modeling
• Strong skills in debugging, testing, and performing quality assurance
• Knowledge of CRM workflows, configurations, and Salesforce administrative functionalities
• Experience in software development life cycle processes like Agile methodology
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in teams
• Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Developer I, are highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
