Key Responsibilities

• Own product architecture and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to set technical direction.
• Communicate technology and product strategy to stakeholders and leadership.
• Build highly available, intuitive, scalable, and secure enterprise systems.
• Write high-quality, reliable, performant code with proper monitoring and alerting.
• Conduct code and design reviews ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Optimize system resources for efficiency, scalability, and stability.

Required Expertise

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent education, training, and experience).

• 7+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform

  with strong expertise in

  Service Cloud and Omni-Channel

  .
• Experience with

  Data Cloud

  and

  Experience Cloud

  (Good to have).
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in

  Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Integrations

  .
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with

  Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk API, Metadata API)

  .
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with

  Aura Components, LWC, and JavaScript

  .

• Salesforce Data Cloud Certification – Mandatory

  .
• Professional fluency in English – Required.
• Strong experience integrating Salesforce with

  3rd-party apps and AppExchange products

  .
• Experience working on

  highly available, scalable, and secure systems

  .
• Ability to communicate technical requirements to engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with

  Salesforce CI/CD and Jenkins deployments

  .
• Strong understanding of

  change management policies

  , ensuring data integrity and system stability.

• Salesforce Service Cloud

  and

  Salesforce Architect

  certifications.
• Experience with

  MuleSoft Middleware / MuleSoft Development

  .
• Expertise in

  data management

  : structured/unstructured databases, SQL, RDBMS, and SOA principles.
