Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex classes, triggers, LWC, Aura Components, and Flows.
• Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement and optimize Salesforce Flows to automate complex business processes.Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance user experience and interface performance.
• Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications by identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and bugs.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
• Ensure code quality, reusability, and scalability by adhering to Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and system testing.
• Support deployment activities and troubleshoot post-deployment issues.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to continuously improve the platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer in complex, enterprise-level environments.
• Strong proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, schedulable, test classes) and SOQL/SOSL.
• Proven experience in building Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
• Expertise in Salesforce Flows (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Scheduled Flows).
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, External Services).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins) and version control (Git).
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Platform Developer I, or Salesforce Administrator are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers.
