Salesforce Developer

• A Salesforce Developer designs, codes, tests, and implements custom solutions and applications on the Salesforce platform to meet specific business needs, using tools like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Key responsibilities include analyzing requirements, developing custom features and integrations, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing the platform for performance, security, and user experience.
• Core Responsibilities
• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce solutions.
• Custom Development: Design, code, test, and implement custom applications, features, and automations using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• System Integrations: Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues within the Salesforce platform to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• Maintenance & Support: Maintain the security, integrity, and stability of Salesforce applications, provide documentation, and offer technical support to users.
• Essential Skills & Technologies
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Apex for back-end logic, JavaScript for front-end development, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Salesforce Frameworks: Expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• APIs & Web Services: Strong understanding of APIs and web services for integration with external systems.
• Declarative Tools: Familiarity with declarative tools like Salesforce Flow and Process Builder to build efficient solutions.
• Problem-Solving:
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges. Key Deliverables Custom Salesforce applications and components, Automated workflows and processes, Integrated systems and data solutions, and Technical documentation and training materials.
