Salesforce Developer - Conga Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Conga Composer and document automation to design, develop, and enhance automated document and contract workflows across the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable Conga templates, automating document generation, managing contract lifecycles, and integrating e-signature solutions, combined with strong Salesforce development skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions using Conga Composer, including template configuration, data mapping, and automated document generation.
• Design and optimize Conga templates (Word/PDF) to support proposals, quotes, contracts, invoices, and other business documents.
• Implement and support Conga Sign and DocuSign e-signature flows for automated approval and signature processes.
• Manage contract and document lifecycle workflows integrated with Salesforce objects.
• Build and maintain custom Salesforce components using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Lightning Flows.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Operations) to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Automate document generation using Conga Batch, Conga Trigger, and relevant automation tools.
• Support development, testing, deployment, and optimization of Salesforce features across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Follow Agile methodologies for sprint planning, requirement refinement, and delivery.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, security, performance, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Conga Composer and Conga template creation.
• Strong experience in:
  • Document automation
  • Template building (Word/PDF)
  • Conga Composer parameters & configuration
  • Conga Sign and DocuSign workflows
• Experience with contract/document lifecycle management through Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and LWC.
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with Lightning Flows and process automation tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration concepts.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

• Salesforce certifications:
  • Platform Developer I / II
  • Salesforce Administrator
• Conga-related certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Git, CI/CD pipelines).

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
