Description
Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows. Good exposure towards Service Cloud, Sales Cloud. Good Knowledge of Agent-force. Lead full life cycle implementations, org/data migrations from legacy systems, and system optimizations for enterprise clients with over 500 user licenses. Stay updated on Salesforce releases and AI-driven innovations, incorporating new features to meet evolving business needs. Mentor team members, review designs/code, and share best practices to ensure quality and maintainability. Work with Agile teams to plan sprints, create and refine user stories, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with QA teams to review test plans and test cases, ensuring robust and reliable software deliverables. Requirements Salesforce Development: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows. Experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Agent Force. Problem-Solving: Root cause analysis, performance optimization, and governor limits management. Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, design, and architectural patterns. Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII), Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, and or other relevant certifications.
