We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CPQ Specialist with expertise in business analysis, CPQ administration, and contract management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing Salesforce CPQ solutions, along with proficiency in contract lifecycle management (CLM) using DocuSign CLM.
Key responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to products, pricing, quoting, order processing, inventory, and contract management processes.

Design, configure, and customize Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business needs, including product configuration, pricing rules, discounting, and quote templates.

Lead workshops, requirements walk throughs and sprint review sessions with the business, QA, and Development teams.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce CPQ and DocuSign CLM, addressing user inquiries, and resolving technical issues promptly.

Execute administrative tasks for Salesforce CPQ, managing user permissions, security settings, and data integrity.

Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other systems and applications, such as CRM, ERP, and other systems, to streamline end-to-end business processes.

Implement contract management solutions using DocuSign CLM, including contract creation, negotiation, approval workflows, and electronic signature capabilities.

Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers and cross-functional team members.

Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement enhancements to Salesforce solutions.

Stay updated on Salesforce platform releases, new features, and industry trends, and assess their impact on existing solutions.

Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications / Experience / Skills Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification is preferred.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on CPQ.
4. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and governor limits.
5. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
6. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and other Salesforce products is a plus.
7. Proven track record of leading and delivering successful Salesforce CPQ projects.
8. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
9. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
10. DocuSign CLM certification is preferred.
