Role Overview

Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Customization

• Lead and execute custom development using

  Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura (if applicable), and Salesforce Flows

  .
• Design and implement scalable solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
• Develop complex business logic using triggers, batch classes, schedulers, and asynchronous Apex.

Implementation & Solution Delivery

• Deliver end-to-end implementations of

  Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

  , including configuration, customization, and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and solution architecture.
• Support data migration, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.

Integration & Advanced Capabilities

• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware (as applicable).
• Experience with

  CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud

  is preferred, including pricing, quoting, and order lifecycle processes.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and code reviews.
• Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to drive solution outcomes.
• Manage deliverables, timelines, and quality for assigned modules or projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years

  of hands-on Salesforce custom development experience.
• Strong expertise in

  Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows

  , and declarative configurations.
• Proven experience in

  Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations

  .
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, data model, and sharing architecture.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with

  Salesforce CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud

  .
• Exposure to multi-cloud implementations and complex enterprise environments.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ) are a plus.

Role Level Expectations

Assistant Manager:

• Strong hands-on contributor with module ownership.
• Ability to independently deliver components and guide junior team members.

Manager:

• Technical leadership across projects or workstreams.
• Ownership of solution design, delivery quality, and stakeholder communication.
