Salesforce Developer and Admin

Role Overview: As a skilled Salesforce Developer with Salesforce Administrator experience at SMC Squared, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the Salesforce environment. Your role will involve developing and deploying scalable solutions, designing integrations with third-party systems, maintaining custom objects, and ensuring adherence to Salesforce platform best practices. You will also play a key role in managing user accounts, data management tasks, and creating reports and dashboards to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deploy scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Flows. - Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using APIs (REST/SOAP). - Create and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, Flow Builder and triggers. - Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and licenses. - Handle data management tasks such as import/export, deduplication, and validation. - Monitor system performance, maintain security settings, and ensure platform integrity. - Build and maintain reports and dashboards to meet business needs. - Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other team members to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. - Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to propose and implement system enhancements. - Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Salesforce tools and features. Qualification Required: - 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with Admin duties. - Proficient in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. - Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and user management. - Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications. - Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Analytics, or equivalent is preferred.
