Job Overview: We are seeking a Salesforce Delivery Manager to lead support operations across a multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystem. The role involves managing and ensuring smooth platform integrations, handling data operations, driving RCA and coordinating with global stakeholders across India and US projects.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary client contact for support, communication, and issue resolution.

• Manage and triage tickets, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

• Oversee data load activities across Salesforce and integrated systems.

• Perform root cause analysis and drive long-term fixes for recurring issues.

• Support platform operations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Agent force, and Loyalty Cloud.

• Monitor system performance, logs, integrations, and proactively address risks.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

• Maintain detailed incident, resolution, and configuration documentation.

• Prepare client-facing reports on ticket status, SLAs, and system performance.

• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.

Key Skills & Expertise:

• Strong experience across multi-cloud Salesforce platforms such as Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agent force, and Loyalty Cloud.

• Solid understanding of integration technologies, REST APIs, Bulk API, JSON, and SQL.

• Proficiency in incident, problem and change management.

• Hands-on experience with data load operations and integration/transaction monitoring.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
