Salesforce Delivery lead

As a Salesforce Delivery Lead in this hybrid role based in Gurugram/Noida/Pune/Bangalore, you will be responsible for managing IT delivery with a focus on Salesforce programs. Your immediate availability or a notice period of up to 15 days is required for this permanent position with our client. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing Salesforce implementations across multiple business units and geographies - Utilizing expertise in Salesforce AI features such as Einstein, Agent Assist, and Agentforce - Managing MuleSoft integration and enterprise API ecosystems - Implementing IVR and Salesforce integration including CTI, telephony, and omnichannel solutions - Leading multi-million-dollar Salesforce transformation programs - Demonstrating excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills To qualify for this role, you should have: - 15+ years of IT delivery experience, with a minimum of 8 years in Salesforce program management/delivery leadership - Proven track record in managing Salesforce implementations - Strong expertise in Salesforce AI features and MuleSoft integration - Hands-on knowledge of IVR and Salesforce integration - Experience in Agile and hybrid delivery models such as Scrum, SAFe, and DevOps If you are seeking a challenging opportunity to lead Salesforce delivery projects and have a background in managing complex IT programs, we encourage you to apply for this position.,
