Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements for quoting, pricing, approvals, renewals, and contracts. Additionally, you will design, configure, and maintain Salesforce CPQ, including product and bundle configurations, pricing and discount rules, quote templates, document generation, and contract lifecycle management. Collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to streamline CPQ processes will be a key aspect of your role. Moreover, you will build workflows, approval processes, and validation rules in Salesforce, while also supporting and enhancing integrations between Salesforce CPQ and ERP/Billing systems. Troubleshooting and resolving CPQ-related issues to ensure data quality, providing end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support, and collaborating with developers for any Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning customizations are also part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. - 5+ years of Salesforce experience, with 3+ years focused on Salesforce CPQ. - Hands-on expertise in CPQ features such as product setup, pricing, quoting, and contract management. - Strong understanding of Salesforce administration (objects, workflows, reports, dashboards). - Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP or Billing systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.). - Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Administrator Certification preferred. - Knowledge of DocuSign, Conga, or other document generation tools. - Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models. - Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like Jira or Confluence.,
