Hiring: Founding Marketer About the Role
We are seeking a

T-shaped Founding Marketer

to lead our transformation from a traditional tech services firm into an

AI-native consultancy

. This is not a cushy marketing role with big budgets and pre-set playbooks. Instead, we re looking for a

scrappy, self-driven builder

with an

owner s mindset

who can design, execute, and iterate our go-to-market (GTM) strategy from scratch.
Your mission:

solve our category design problem

shifting perception from Tech Staffing to a differentiated high-value positioning like

AI Acceleration Partner

. You will own the funnel end-to-end, test bold ideas, and be the strategic voice identifying which bets drive traction.
What You ll Do
  • Run Marketing Like a Portfolio:

    Treat each service offering as a bet. Define success metrics, test aggressively, and recommend where to double down or cut losses.
  • Demand Generation via Rapid Experiments:

    Think like a scientist hypothesize, test, measure, repeat. Run scrappy campaigns across channels to find scalable growth levers.
  • Build a Thought Leadership Engine:

    Extract insights from our technical experts and turn them into case studies, whitepapers, and webinar content that establishes credibility.
  • Multi-Channel Execution:

    Hands-on ownership of

    LinkedIn (organic + paid), targeted email, niche communities, and events

    to reach the right audience.
  • Drive Brand Transformation:

    Redefine our brand positioning with messaging pillars, differentiation, and campaigns that move us into the AI consultancy category.
  • Be the Face of the Brand:

    Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences to amplify our new positioning.

Requirements
  • 5 10 years of B2B marketing experience

    , ideally in

    technology services, digital engineering, or AI/consulting

    .
  • Startup or new-business launch experience (building from zero is your comfort zone).
  • Proven success in executing

    GTM strategies for US/UK or global markets

    .
  • Deep expertise in

    B2B content marketing & demand generation

    .
  • Skilled at simplifying complex technical concepts into compelling marketing messages.
  • Hands-on experience with

    HubSpot, Marketo, Apollo, Salesforce, 6sense (or similar)

    .
  • Flexibility to align work hours with international geographies
