Job Description

You are a skilled Salesforce CPQ Consultant with over 6 years of experience sought to join a team in a hybrid work model based in a Tier 1 city. Your primary focus will be on Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementation, configuration, and customization, aimed at delivering scalable solutions for sales processes. Your responsibilities will include leading end-to-end implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions, from gathering business requirements to system configuration and integration with other Salesforce products. You will also be tasked with customizing Salesforce CPQ features like product configuration rules, pricing rules, discount schedules, and approval workflows. Collaborating with development teams to integrate Salesforce CPQ with external systems such as ERP, billing, and financial systems is also part of your role. Your role will involve designing scalable and efficient CPQ solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring optimal use of Salesforce best practices. It is essential for you to have at least 6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation and customization. You should possess strong technical skills, including a deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ data models, product configuration, pricing, discounting, and approval processes. Proficiency in Salesforce administration, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations with external systems is necessary, with Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification being a plus. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are crucial for this role, with the ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels. Preferred skills include experience with integration tools like Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or other middleware, working with large-scale Salesforce CPQ implementations in complex sales environments, and knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies for project delivery.,
