Job Title: Salesforce Business Development Manager

Location: Noida, Sector 62

Mode: Onsite Work Type: Onsite | Full-Time | 5 Days Working


About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Business Development Manager to drive business growth by selling Salesforce consulting services or Salesforce products. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in end-to-end B2B sales—from lead generation to deal closure—within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce solutions and the ability to position their value to clients across industries.


Key Responsibilities

> Own and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and final closure

> Generate high-quality leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, and other B2B channels

> Collaborate with presales and technical teams to create tailored solutions based on client needs

> Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets

> Build, nurture, and manage client relationships to ensure long-term value

> Document and track all sales activities using CRM and reporting tools

> Experience in Salesforce sales — consulting services and/or product sales

> Hands-on expertise in lead generation and closures (end-to-end sales)

> Solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and its business applications

> Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

> Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients across international markets is a plus

> Self-driven and target-oriented sales professional

> Comfortable working in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment

> Ability to independently manage clients and collaborate cross-functionally

> Prior experience with sales platforms, CRM tools, and lead gen automation is an advantage Company
