We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Admin & Technical BA to own system configuration and drive technical delivery. The role requires proven experience in Salesforce administration, business analysis, and end-to-end data/system migrations.
You will configure Salesforce (users, profiles, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards), lead integrations with upstream/downstream systems, and translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and user stories.
Strong skills in root cause analysis, documentation of data flows and impacts, and stakeholder communication are essential.
The ideal candidate is execution-focused, comfortable working across admin and BA functions, and able to partner with developers and business teams to deliver scalable, well-documented solutions in an Agile environment.
