Job Title: Salesforce Architect Location: Any Tech M location across India Years of Experience: 10-15 yrs Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with a strong background in Salesforce Administration to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in architecture and design, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, architecture principles, and the ability to lead technical discussions with stakeholders. Responsibilities: Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and align with architectural standards. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide expert guidance on Salesforce Administration, including user management, security, data management, and system configuration. Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development and administration. Develop and maintain documentation for architecture, design, and implementation processes. Mentor and train junior team members on Salesforce Administration and architecture principles. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and enhancements, and evaluate their applicability to the organization. Participate in project planning and estimation activities, providing insights on technical feasibility and risks. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in Salesforce Administration, including configuration, customization, and user management. Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in complex environments. In depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration patterns. Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Architect, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator. Experience with Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components). Familiarity with integration tools and techniques (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, middleware). Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Experience with data migration and data management strategies in Salesforce. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7 10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and administration. Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations and project delivery. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
