Key Responsibilities: Salesforce AI Implementation : Lead the design and rollout of AI features in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including Opportunity Scoring, Forecasting, Chat, Voice, Case Wrap-Up, Service Reply, and Knowledge Management (KM) Article Recommendations. Ensure scalability, performance, and seamless user experience. Salesforce Shield Enablement : Activate and configure Salesforce Shield features including Event Monitoring, Field Audit Trail, and Platform Encryption to enhance data security and support compliance initiatives. Security & Compliance : Ensure AI features and broader Salesforce configurations are designed with robust security, privacy, and data governance. Adhere to industry-specific regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Solution Architecture : Define scalable, best-practice-based architectural designs that meet business needs while minimizing unnecessary customization. Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including Security, Compliance, IT, Sales, and Customer Service to gather requirements, align priorities, and communicate progress. Emerging Features Evaluation : Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce AI advancements and recommend new tools or features that could add strategic value. Documentation & Handover : Create clear architectural documentation, solution designs, and implementation playbooks. Ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams for sustainable ongoing support. Qualifications and Skills: Experience : 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution delivery, with a strong focus on AI implementations and security best practices. Experience working with Salesforce Einstein AI features and Salesforce Shield is essential. Salesforce Certifications : Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (Highly Desirable), AI Associate (Desirable), Application Architect or System Architect (Desirable). Technical Skills : Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, Salesforce Shield, Apex, Flows, Salesforce DX, Metadata API, and security architecture. Experience with integrations via REST/SOAP APIs. Functional Skills : Ability to align technical architecture with business goals. Proven experience in designing for scalability, performance, and data protection in regulated industries. Soft Skills : Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently, drive stakeholder alignment, and deliver outcomes in high-stakes environments.
