Job Description

As a Program Manager in GTM Sales Ops at NetApp, you will play a crucial role in driving sales efficiency, productivity, and performance. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize sales processes, and implement scalable programs to empower the sales organization to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing programs that support 1P/3P Products, SaaS Applications, and marketplace Cloud providers. - Collaborating with departments such as Sales, Marketing, IT, Planning, and Analytics to ensure smooth execution of initiatives. - Developing and maintaining project plans and timelines, while identifying and mitigating risks that could impact program success. - Designing and implementing improvements to streamline sales operations and increase efficiency. - Coordinating with global teams to ensure consistent support across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions, adapting to time zone requirements as needed. - Assisting in defining territories/Named Exceptions and managing Hyperscaler(Azure, AWS & GCP) subscriptions. - Supporting the implementation and optimization of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools. - Analyzing sales data to identify trends, forecast performance, and inform strategic decisions. Qualifications required for this role include: - Masters/Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 6+ years of experience in Sales operations, program management, or a related domain. - Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. - Good understanding of Cloud Business model, reoccurring business, and usage trends. - Proficiency in CRM systems, with Salesforce expertise being a must. - Experience in Salesforce.com Administration & configuration; Salesforce certification (ADM201 or ADM301) is a plus. - Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities. - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
