Salesforce Analyst

As a highly experienced SAP Consultant (L6 level), you will be responsible for managing end-to-end SAP implementations, including both bluefield and brownfield approaches. Your bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English will enable you to lead client discussions, gather requirements, and design solutions in a Japanese business environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead SAP implementation projects (bluefield and brownfield) from planning to execution - Engage directly with Japanese-speaking clients to gather requirements and provide solutions - Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure successful execution and go-live - Support project governance, timeline management, and stakeholder communication - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed Qualification Required: - 10+ years of experience in SAP implementations (end-to-end) - Expertise in bluefield and brownfield migration strategies - Fluency in Japanese and English (both verbal and written) - Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex environments,
