Required Qualifications:
4-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a support or system maintenance role. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including user management, security, reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).
Experience with troubleshooting user issues and providing technical support.
Familiarity with data management tools such as Data Loader and Import Wizard.
Basic understanding of Salesforce integrations and third-party applications (e.g., AppExchange solutions).
Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities is a plus.
Notice period : Immediate Joiners to 30 days.
