Location: Hybrid 1-2 days ONSITE in Hyderabad - Salesforce Office or Insight Global Office

Duration: 6 months + extensions

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in Salescloud
• Current Salesforce Administrator certifications: Salesforce admin, Salesforce Advance Admin, Platform App builder certification
• Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD methodologies
• Thorough understanding and implementation of Salesforce security best practices and organizational policies
• Comprehensive knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components, Custom Metadata types/Permission
• Extensive knowledge and experience with Quote-to-Cash business processes
• Advanced proficiency in RDBMS, SQL, SOAP/REST API,Community, and Salesforce domain knowledge

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in Agentforce implementation and management

Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Advance Admin to manage and optimize our Salesforce environment through advanced administration, automation, and integration. This role involves configuring and maintaining user access and security controls, designing automation with Flow and declarative tools, ensuring data integrity, and overseeing integrations with enterprise applications like Slack. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, holds Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, and Developer certifications, and possesses expertise in security models, data management, REST/SOAP API integrations, Git workflows, and CI/CD deployment. Strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in object-oriented programming, and experience implementing enterprise-scale projects are essential.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
