We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Salesforce Administrator
to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our Salesforce environment, driving process improvements, and supporting business teams to achieve service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve Salesforce support tickets within agreed SLAs.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Provide solutions for incoming requests and troubleshoot system issues.
- Conduct refresher training for users to promote best practices and adoption.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across the Salesforce environment.
- Design and implement innovative Salesforce solutions using out-of-the-box functionalities.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
- Perform data imports using tools such as
Data Loader
or Workbench
. - Communicate progress, blockers, and resolutions effectively across the business.
Requirements

Minimum 2 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.

Preferred:
Experience working in fintech or financial services
companies. - Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Proficiency in user management, permission sets, profiles, and security settings.
- Experience with Salesforce data import/export tools (Data Loader, Workbench, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of report and dashboard creation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (
ADM 201
) is a plus.
