Exp.- 1.5+ Yrs Np- Upto 30 days Maximum Key Responsibilities: Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to Salesforce. Configure and maintain Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) to meet business needs. Design, build, and optimize Salesforce Flows , automation rules, validation rules, and approval processes. Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Architects to deliver scalable solutions. Conduct workshops, user story grooming, and UAT sessions with business teams. Translate business needs into functional specifications and configure Salesforce without heavy reliance on code. Support Salesforce releases, enhancements, and integrations. Create reports, dashboards, and process documentation. Provide end-user training and ongoing support. Ensure Salesforce best practices and data governance standards are followed. Must-Have Skills: Salesforce Administrator (Admin) expertise , with hands-on configuration experience. Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities. Experience with Salesforce Flows (Screen Flows, Auto-launched Flows, Record-Triggered Flows). Requirement gathering, business process mapping, and translating needs into Salesforce solutions. Experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data management. Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules, permission sets). Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice-to-Have Skills: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, Service Cloud Consultant ). Knowledge of other Salesforce products (e.g., Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud). Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum). Experience with third-party integrations and AppExchange solutions.
