Experience with Salesforce Flows (Screen Flows, Auto-launched Flows, Record-Triggered Flows). Requirement gathering, business process mapping, and translating needs into Salesforce solutions. Experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data management. Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules, permission sets). Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
