Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive, based in Chennai, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building long-term relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, creating and presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer support. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction will also be a key part of the role.


Qualifications

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in market research and strategic planning
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and propose solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in a sales role, preferably in a fast-paced or technology-driven industry, is an advantage
