We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales/Business Development Executive to join our team at CWL Technology Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Roles and Responsibility Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales revenue. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and promotions. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques. Job Requirements Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the IT Services & Consulting industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets. Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques, with the ability to apply them effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
