Job Description

Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Developmnent / Sales Associate to join our team and help us grow our business. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in handling sales/lead generation/international business development in an Export House, Apparel Production Company, BPO, Weaving Unit, Weaver Co-operative, Handloom Brands, Handicraft Brands, or Fashion Retail Chains. The successful candidate must have a basic undergraduate degree and must be fluent in English and Hindi. Fluency in one additional regional language will be an added plus.

Responsibilities

  • Remain motivated and regularly achieve monthly targets set up by senior management.
  • Coordinating with Senior Manager and Assistant Manager for strategizing the growth of the company from your vertical’s perspective and understanding the strategic intent of the Sales team as well as the company in general
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements better
  • Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products
  • Creating and analyzing frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences, if necessary
  • Negotiating/closing deals and handling complaints or objections, if any, from the clients
  • Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing with internal teams for improvement and growth

Qualifications

  • Should be familiar with MS Excel & CRM platform
  • Good knowledge of products and clusters Anuprerna is working in
  • Good communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi
  • Fluency in one additional regional language will be an added plus
  • Basic Undergraduate Degree
  • BPO experience will be preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
