About the Role

We're seeking a results-driven Sales Warrior to drive outbound sales for our cutting-edge legal AI product in the US market. This is a high-impact, performance-based role that is perfect for an experienced legal tech sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing deals within fast-paced sales cycles.


Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting:

    Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting activities
  • Pipeline Management:

    Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with fast 30-day sales cycles
  • Client Engagement:

    Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales conversations with law firms, corporate legal departments, and solo practitioners
  • Market Penetration:

    Focus primarily on mid-market clients while also engaging SMB and enterprise segments
  • Relationship Building:

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the legal industry
  • Sales Performance:

    Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs

RequirementsMust-Have Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of B2B sales experience

    with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
  • Legal technology or LegalTech SaaS experience

    (This is critical)
  • Experience selling to law firms, corporate legal departments, or legal professionals
  • Strong understanding of legal industry pain points and workflows
  • Excellent communication skills

    (verbal and written) for engaging the US market clients
  • Professional maturity

    with the ability to represent the company at the highest level
  • Transparent communication

    style with internal teams and external clients
  • Proven ability to manage short sales cycles (30-60 days)
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Startup environment experience

    - comfortable with ambiguity, fast pace, and wearing multiple hats

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience selling AI/ML or automation solutions
  • Background in consultative selling and solution-based approaches
  • Experience working with US clients from India/offshore locations
  • Knowledge of legal compliance, contract management, or legal operations

Work Arrangement

  • Timing:

    Flexible between Indian hours and US time zones (hybrid approach preferred)
  • Location:

    Fully remote position based in India
  • Travel:

    No US travel required
  • Client Interaction:

    All meetings conducted virtually

Compensation Package

  • Structure:
