Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in New Delhi. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and proposing appropriate solutions. The role involves providing customer service, managing sales activities, and delivering training to customers about the products. Additionally, the Sales Representative will prepare sales reports, maintain records, and collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
Ability to conduct Training sessions for customers
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the valve or water supply industry is a plus
