Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our Kolkata Sales Office . You will support senior sales leadership in managing accounts, building relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction across projects in India and abroad. Key Responsibilities Assist in executing the regional sales strategy to meet annual targets Manage and develop client relationships with government departments, contractors, and project consultants Coordinate with factories and internal teams for timely order execution and delivery Respond to RFQs, prepare quotations, and support the negotiation process Track tender opportunities and provide input for bidding strategy Visit customer sites and project locations as needed in East and North East Maintain and update CRM systems, sales reports, and performance dashboards Represent IVC at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings Requirements Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Commerce/Business preferred) 3–5 years of B2B or institutional sales experience , preferably in industrial products, infrastructure, or project-based sectors Strong English communication and negotiation skills Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication Experience in dealing with contractor or government clients like PHED, municipal corporations, Water & Sewerage board is a plus Willingness to travel to Eastern and North Eastern states Why Join Us? Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in New Delhi. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and proposing appropriate solutions. The role involves providing customer service, managing sales activities, and delivering training to customers about the products. Additionally, the Sales Representative will prepare sales reports, maintain records, and collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets.
